Solidarity is fundamental, but it is not enough

In an article published in the UFRGS University Journal , Marcelo Kunrath presents several initiatives undertaken by society to combat the coronavirus in more vulnerable communities. The professor, however, states that it is necessary for the government to implement qualified, coordinated public policies with the necessary resources to ensure their scalability. The proposals for what can be done are already evident; what remains is governmental action to guarantee the rights of the population.
